We take strict measures to guarantee that the items delivered to you will be in perfect condition.

We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a complete refund, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 3 days after receipt of the package ,in the unlikely event that any of the following conditions are met:

Product was damaged in transit

In case of any manufacturing defects

If you received a wrong item(s)

No refund will be issued, if you receive a wrong package and the product was removed from its original packing or tampered with in any way. If you receive a wrong parcel, please do not open it.

Except for the reasons given above ,no returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed.

To get a refund or replacement, email us at info@sitaraghava.com your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.

If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days to issue the refund.
